Default Free Keyword Tracker Tool - 10-11-2003 , 08:42 AM

Hi,

Just found a Free Keyword Tracker Tool at-

http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/keywords/

You get yourself a free API license from google and use the tool to
track your keywords.

Been using it about 15 minutes, but can see it's going to save me a
ton of time each day (I check ten words manually a day).

It tracks the domain rather than individual pages, so you can enter
all your search terms into it and get an instant look at what has
happened since you last checked.

My only worry was that you get dependent on it and then they charge
for it, but the author has said (in a forum I follow) it will always
be free.

This is so COOL!

I've never bothered tracking keyword page rank before because it was so time
consuming. But this so useful, I will begin tracking it now.

It has shown me how I may improve my traffic by adding a couple of keywords
to one of my site's page title and content.

Would be useful if you could have multiple domain names in your preferences
so you could track several sites easily.

Hi,

I've always done it manually as I'm a tight git who won't pay for
something if I don't have to and never seen a good free tracker :-))

You can track several sites, click on the 'advanced' link next to the
keyword add button and it gives instructions. Basically you add new
URLs like this-

keyword http://newdomain.com
keyword2 http://newdomain.com
keyword3 http://newdomain.com

Little more hassle than the other method, though you can add a lot in
one go, so easier in some respects.

I'm trying it. Looks excellent.
Anyone know how to delete an entry ? I have emailed them to find out,
having made a typo on one of my inputs.
Best regards, Eric.
