Search engine spammers want to seize the search engines and lock up as many top positions as possible with their information. When a spammer discovers a flaw and a way to beat the search engine, the search engines simply change their ranking rules. Unfortunately, the good guys sometimes get creamed right along with the bad guys. You'll need to do a liitle detecting by looking at the top 5 or so sites and see if you can figure out what they did to get there. On the other hand, you can decide not to play, opt out of the "Top 30" battles and utilize the real power of search engine popularity, using other people's traffic to get business for you. |
