I just noticed that google picks up these links and if you search on google and my site comes up the link on the google search results can be the same link with the ?1234 is used. So I am wondering will this decrease my google ranking because of duplicate url's with the same content? |

It will almost certainly have an effect, as Google is very sensitive to canonicalization issues, and usually recognizes 'new URLs' as 'new pages'. At worst, however, these links you're dropping will add nothing. But then, forum link dropping is one of the most futile ways on the planet for improving ranking, so I doubt you need worry. |

The benefit of the referrals - and knowing where they come from - is probably of greater value. |
