Doubling Links to Home Page as an SEO Stratagem

Hello everyone,

My site has a consistent look throughout. Every page has a series of
tabs along the top, including a Home tab, all of which link to
different landing pages. In other words, each page casts one vote for
Home, one for Landing A, another for Landing B, etc.

Now the question. I could easily add another link to Home as part of
the page footers. That way every page would cast two votes for Home but
only one for each of the other landing pages. Would this help raise my
PR with Google?

Do you have any outside links going to your site? Some with OK PR?

A good Navigation helps spread the PR through your site and of course keeps
the homepage fed.

question yes?

to the homepage yes(good navigation).
