Default domain alias as duplicate content? - 01-06-2005 , 03:48 PM

I often create a domain alias on my hosting account while waiting for a
domain to propagate...
for example www.suwebs.temp.wehostwebsites.com is the same as my real site
www.suwebs.com

Should I be killing the temp aliases after the real domain is up?
I am just wondering if this will count against me as "duplicate content",
(though I dont think there are any links anywhere to the temp urls)

Why not.

You just posted a link :-) Also, if the site has any outbound links, people
can look at your site by checking the referer. And maybe even link to it.

De nada :-) Quite some time ago I gave to a small selected group of people
links to a few pictures on my site (travel pics). After quite some time I
was amazed at how many people visited those pictures. Somehow Google had
added the images to its Image search.
