something you are wrong. When thumbnails (of my pictures) were displayed
my server was not asked to send them. No idea where do they come from, but
not from my site. At least not when displayed as thumbnails in the search
results.

the main images come from the site.
It is a ridiculous idea and open to all sorts of abuse.

Right the thumbnails won't, but when you open the thumbnail to the actual
picture it pulls it from the site as I stated in my posting. Not only that
there is the copyright issue. This guy is using people's pics for his own
motivations and no care in the world about copyrights without links to the
sites also. I never stated the thumbnails were pulling the BW.

Yeah, he is even stealing BW from Google, providing a service that is
already given for his own personal motivation such as Adsense. Those images
are still copyrighted by the actual owners. Then he doesn't do like Google
and point the image to the page to where it came from but shows the image
pulling the BW from the actual site.

I agree it can create more abuse with people using the images they get from
this site.

OK there are a few issues here which are extremely important.

1) An image belongs to the originator under copyright law - therefore
by displaying it on your website without the owner's consent, you are
breaching copyright law and open to prosecution.

2) You say that you do not use a sites bandwidth to display the image.
The URL:
http://www.picsdata.com//simage.php?...az.ru/images/a...
for example, suggests that the php program is in fact fetching the
image from the original site, to display it on screen. That uses that
person's bandwidth as well as your own. Or, are you saying you have
pre-fetched all the content and stored all the images on your own
server (highly unlikely).

3) Google and Yahoo etc image searches are useful to webmasters as they
help drive visitors to their website. Your site is just showing the
image. Most users will not know how to strip the original site URL
from your image strings - why not just add a click to the original
image, as Google does.

You are still breaching copyright, but some people may be willing to
forgive this if they see traffic coming their way from your site,
particularly if you ask them before stealing their images.

4) Remove the AdSense - Google have already removed your site from the
program by the look of it as they are showing public service adverts.
Their terms of usage prevents use of AdSense on search engines.

5) You are not blocking adult pictures - that will upset a lot of
people and alienate a lot of parents from your site, as well as
possibly land you in trouble with your hosting provider.

It was not that long ago that one of the bigger sites demanded that
Google block their images from the search results (sure someone can jog
my memory here). If you capture images from a site which has plenty of
finance to persue copyright claims, you could easily land up in hot
water.

Probably not since it is against their terms of use.

Ok, I only wonder why I posted my site for review in several others
internet forums, and Yahoo answers as well, and all I got were answers
like: "great site". But here....I have posted here several times an
year ago about another site and same thing....only useless critics. As
Voltair said: "Those who cannot do something, critisize it".- in fact
that is the naked truth...I see that 100% of you guys are experts in
your area but not in what I do.
So...I still dont know why you decided that my site is pornographic
piracy place. If thats true then Youtube must be sentenced to death...
I checked the logs of one friend's site site to see what I am
"stealing"...and unless I am missing something I dont take a bite from
his bandwith.
Also, Google and Yahoo and Msn which I use for search are giving their
search forms for free...and keep in mind that what I am doing is not
metasearch. First try to learn what is metasearch.
