Default David's Song - 12-14-2005 , 05:33 PM

I think this song's lyrics by Gilbert and Sullivan fit our Dave to a
tee!

If you give me your attention, I will tell you what I am.
I'm a genuine philanthropist, all other kinds are sham.
Each little fault of temper and each social defect
In my erring fellow-creatures, I endeavour to correct.
To all their little weaknesses I open people's eyes,
And little plans to snub the self-sufficient I devise,
I love my fellow creatures, I do all the good I can,
Yet everybody says I'm such a disagreeable man!
And I can't think why!

To compliments inflated I've a withering reply,
And vanity I always do my best to mortify,
A charitable action I can skillfully dissect,
And interested motives I'm delighted to detect.
I know everybody's income and what everybody earns,
And I carefully compare it with the income tax returns,
But to benefit humanity, however much I plan,
Yet everybody says I'm such a disagreeable man!
And I can't think why!

I'm sure I'm no ascetic, I'm as pleasant as can be,
You'll always find me ready with a crushing repartee.
I've an irritating chuckle, I've a celebrated sneer,
I've an entertaining snigger, I've a fascinating leer.
To everybody's prejudice I know a thing or two,
I can tell a woman's age in half a minute, and I do.
Yet everybody says I'm such a disagreeable man!
And I can't think why!

-----------------------------------------------------
-- All Hail The Great Dave!!! Sig Heil!!! Sig Heil!!!

There's a song now?

The last time a song was written about somebody in UseNet, it didn't quite
settle...

It is sad Roy Schestowitz when you sink as low as agreeing with Sam,
he think there's a conspiracy against him!!

Did you not notice the "Sig Heil!!! Sig Heil!!!" or are you just being
your usual hypocritical self?

I'd like to believe you think the Nazis are an evil bunch of fascists,
but since it helps you feel better to agree with the post you've
ignore the deplorable nature of the sig type area for that reason and
not others!!

You'll note I'm not putting my sig to this one, I'd rather not be
associated with this sort of gutter ideology that you seem to have
allied yourself with.

Roy Schestowitz do you really want to be associated with the Nazis?

Very, very sad.

David

I wasn't sig heiling the nazis I was sig heiling you Dave after reading
all those horrible nasty vicious and arrogant things you wrote about
Roy. Sounded a lot like some other nasty vicious things that a certain
infamous nazi with a funny moustache said years ago about a certain
group of people. When the shoe fits wear it by all means and expect some
BS in return. Your problem Dave is that seem to think there is only one
right way to SEO and the one right way is your way and that's your
problem along with you not being able to handle any differences of
opinion from other or criticisms from others. Your ego is too inflated
and you need to de-flate a bit if you want to win friends and influence
people.

Thanks for the defence. It's much very appreciated because I had no inten-
tion spending more time on this. I often wonder why I ended up spending
time stroking the keyboard for a notorious man to read. This will, in
fact, be my last post on this topic.

Mucking one's name doesn't take much effort and given Dave's details, e.g.

David Law
PO Box 446
Grimsby, DN32 7WZ
GB

it doesn't take much to spoil 'reputation' or hurt feelings. By following
the path which Dave has chosen to take, not only has he destroyed the
parts of the World Wide Web, but also he offended many people who stood in
his way and politely tried to persuade him that what he did was unethical.
Some stepped aside (no need to mention names here), but in the meantime,
even though I opted for silence, somebody chose to stip up 'noise' and at-
tack a certain someone with derogatory subject lines. Fine. I join an end-
less list of people who stand for something, e.g.

http://groups.google.co.uk/groups?nu...&sa= N&tab=wg
http://groups.google.co.uk/groups?hl...rd&qt_s=Search
http://groups.google.co.uk/groups?hl...lo&qt_s=Search

There is no need to repeat the arguments and I don't feel like writing
lengthy posts. The trails are there to be found. If I wanted, I could use
acquaintances with Google staff (including a top executive) and provide a
list of splogs and the many corresponding domains that Dave owns. I have
no interest in that though, but I suggest that Dave ponders what his work
contributed (or conversely -- how it added corruption) to cyberspace.

Again I say, I'm off this topic for good.

Roy

Although that's a PO Box and freely available online it's generally
considered bad form to post addresses. I am surprised you did that,
makes you look bad and not the best way to go to look good online.

You mean like for no good reason calling someone a pathological liar-

http://groups.google.com/group/alt.i...de29f914ba28e2

"I am skeptic as you have been proven in the past to be a pathological
liar. No offence intended, but Bill could say a little more. That's
his job in this newsgroup, which keeps it entertaining -- a network of
partners, reciprocity, and foes."

Destroyed, examples please?

I consider someone who calls another unethical yet goes around
infringing the copyright works of others unethical.

Please explain how the posts I'm making are any different to this post
you made

except mine are true with supporting arguments and yours is just a
blanket accusation with no evidence?

Are you threatening to get a high up Google employee to help you to
hurt my sites rankings Roy? Sounds a little evil to me and Google
isn't supposed to do anything evil.

I've made no threats against your site and the only thing I've
considered doing (considered it way before this and may do one day) is
to issue a DMCA complaint regarding the copyright material of mine on
your website which is my right if I ever choose to take it more
seriously.

This comes across as a subtle threat which I am a little surprised to
see from you (you sound like Sam now!!). Are you really so pig headed
to let this continue for either a basic apology and retraction or to
back your statement up with facts?

All I need from you is this little line-

I have no evidence that Dave has "been proven in the past to be a
pathological liar" so I retract what I said here
http://groups.google.com/group/alt.i...de29f914ba28e2
and apologise.

Or

Actual facts that I have "been proven in the past to be a pathological
liar".

If you do neither, I'll keep this up indefinitely.

And just to add to your subtle threats, I could create websites bad
mouthing you Roy, but I have no interest in that though, but I
suggest that Roy ponders what his copyright infringing NG mirror posts
contributed (or conversely -- how it added corruption) to cyberspace.

Quote:
Again I say, I'm off this topic for good.
Couldn't you apologise or show the facts first, takes one honest post
to end this?

As a sign of good faith I didn't change the subject line on this post
nor add your full name all over it. Consider it a one off gift.
