component menu and google surf

I 'have" to use this component of component art (see link below) in my
web site

I'm affraid that SE will not be able to follow the links in the
web-menu component...and ...
I would like to hear your opinon about what's the best approach to
make my web site more friendly for Google and SE.

1).- put <noscript> tags with the links of the menu
2).- Put google map (this would be ok for google, and the rest of SE??)
3)- put the links of the menu also in my "footer"

Other approaches (?)....

any help would be appreciated
