codesearch finds stuff?

saw this here and there:

is this stuff released because it's old, and no one bothered to remove the PROPRIETARY SOURCE CODE from
(all) comments?

i wondered also about robot.txt
but anyone worried about filched documents just wouldn't put those on the net (w/out passwords)
