for websites using a https protocoll?

For many reasons, for example to let users understand whether they are
really on that site or another...
(against phishing)

for example because it is much simpler for me to build it this way rather
than to use http for some pages and https for others,
for example because as user I had rather visit websites which have all the
pages sent over https.

As user I prefer to to visit websites which have all the pages sent over
https regardless of their content, although I think that it is even more
important if confidential information is sent.

Very unusual. It might even be confusing for your visitors who expect a
'normal' url like 'http://'

But you really should have a look at the images. A lot of them are ver bad
optimized, i.g. the
