Look at Luigi's page

It was discussed several months ago. He believes he looks more serious
thanks to that final s in protocol and trying to convince him that's
not necesarilly a case is a waste of time.

Each to their own. But if it was really so good to have it that way,
then there would be more sites like it.

May be he will wake up one day and change it to http like everyone
else.

I do not know whether I have met other which are totally https and
That´s why I am not satisfied as user with that, especially when I hear
warnings against phishing.
(However I cannot be sure that there is no other site which is totally
https because I have not visited all the websites)
I can decide whether I want to have mine totally https. You can decide
about yours.

Very unusual. It might even be confusing for your visitors who expect a

I think that it is better this kind of confusion you are talking about.
Perhaps there are less people in Holland who know about phishing.
Here there are not so many but still perhaps more than down there.

It works

Fine:-)
But you really should have a look at the images. A lot of them are ver bad
optimized, i.g. the

(IIRC I mentioned it before :-)
I am going to do that if I have time. Please consider that I might disallow
access to robots
(at least Google´s) for many images.

Perhaps phishing is not a problem in your country.
Lucky you!

So, why are you still discussing about that?

What's the risc of phishing on those static web pages? SSL on the pages
where information is submitted by the visitor will do.

No. It is not only important that the information which the user sends is
protected.
It is also important the the user knows which information I give and which
information might be given by someone else...

It is hopeless.
