changing a page name

Now that I have been watching the groups and learning stuff I went through
and renamed all my directories and files to be keyword rich etc. The problem
I have now is that one of the pages is indexed with the old page name coming
up. I want to take down the old page, is there a way to tell that search
engine to change to the new file name or how do I handle this?
