Updating pages

Dear All
We have several domains that need to be updated with the latest travel
offers, is there a way we can set something up so you change the information
once then it uploads to all our domains.. Or would it be just as quick to
just copy and past the information

yep - that would be a database. (probably). Certainly SSI (Server Side
Includes) will help. More research material can be found with a search for
CMS (Content MAnagement System)

Presumably, these are also links?

There's more that one way to skin that cat. There are ad serving scripts
(hotscripts.com et al) which may be useful. For sites I manage I would roll
my own - probably using a server side http parser to fetch the content from
a central location.
