Can anyone explain these SERPS?

Searching on Google for "toy for autistic child" got me some very odd results.

Check out all the results with titles unrelated to the search. They all seem to
be the same page, but I have no idea why they get past the duplicate content
filters. Any ideas what is going on, and if it deserves a spam report?

I wouldn't hesitate to report any deliberate spamming.

What I did noticed is that:

www.crapc.com/

is coming up in an awful lot of searches.
Its just a search engine and its database is apparently being crawled by
google. stupid
