Default Blogspot and adsense - 11-14-2007 , 11:20 AM

I started a blog on blogspot, which by now has a few visitors etc.

Does anyone know how I can apply for adsense with this blog? I believe
that there is some kind of an expedited adsense application process
for blogspot blogs.

Thanks

WebMaster

Depends on the content of the blog.

Not as far as I am aware. You just apply for adsense like any other
site.

Depends on the content of the blog.
Very clean, family friendly content. No sales pitches etc. Just
"thoughts" of modest quality.

well, as much as I dislike blogs, they are still websites.
I have seen other blogs with adsense, so there is no reason why you
cannot have one.

I am sure as sure can be.
This may help :

You may need a google account to see it.

I'm not sure if Google gives him control like this (embedment of JS). I don't
know if BlogSpot has AdSense or not (NoScript and AdBlock to nlame), but some
blogging hosts do it by default and the revenue goes to the maintainer, not
the blogger (Blogger used to be like this before the Google acquisition, I
think).

If you're a new blogger (and not yet tied), host your own blog. Don't let
someone else 'own' it.

But that would be a problem with the blog and not with google adsense.

Blogs are sometimes 'easier' to write than sites because you needn't update
pages and you get quick feedback, so you're closer to the readers, so to
speak.

In the past yes, no idea if this loop hole has been fixed by now. It was
used a lot by spammers to redirect to landing pages.
