Blogspot and adsense

Does anyone know how I can apply for adsense with this blog? I believe

Yes, you can embed Google Adsense ads in blogspot postings. I recently
opened a blog there and have some Adsense ads between posts. You don't
manually add the JS code. There's a setting you check to enable this.

I'm not sure if the revenue goes to Google or the blogger. That's an
interesting question to me.

No, no, I know. Els is just a friend of yours as far as I know. Actually, she's
been around the CSS-D mailing list a while back (almost 2 years ago), so I
know she's still doing that forums type of stuff. Also, the Webmasters NG
profiles page is still up and fully in tact. Does she still post to AISE?
Haven't seen Cat in a while either.....

seen her in aww and niwo (Dutch). I currently follow also just a few
