Microsoft just launched bing.com.

Just one word: WHY? Results are still the same old MSN and pretty poor IMO.

re-brand their (essentially the same) search engine for the SECOND (!)
time: MSN Search -> Live ->Bing

But the inaugural party in Seattle was nice

Yes, I couldn't understand why they didn't invest in making the actual
results better. I think that MSN results are among the worst - and not
just because my sites don't rank all that well with them. If you have
keyword-domain.com etc you WILL rank for that keyword as far as I can tell.
