The big difference betw. Google and yahoo

What is the big difference in optimizing for Google and optimizing for
Yahoo?
The reason i ask is that i'm doing a lot better in Yahoo than in google and
i can't figure out why.

Google counts IBL's more than most things right now

Yahoo counts what you have on the pages, Description, Keywords and TITLE
along with keyword density. Do nice content for Yahoo, IBL's for Google.

Wow - very well said, and true.

So when you have toppositions in Yahoo means basically that the optimizing
is good and for Google i need more IBL's.

It'll likely be because you have a load of on-page optimisation, good
content etc which works these days with Yahoo more than Google, and
not a lot of inbound links, which seems to be what Google wants to see
lately.
