Bad Neighbour Hood

Recently one of our partners site has been penalized at google i.r he
lost his PR and Backing and rankinf offcourse.

And we are connecting to them.! Should we remove their link from our
site... Would i be getting penalized for this... ?

You don't state if semsols.com is your site, or the one that you link
to.

Either way, no one should be linking to semsols.com as there is
nothing there except a pointless splash screen.
