Default Back link source coding? - 11-04-2003 , 01:41 PM

Hi,
my site is listed in some directory (PR 5) and it uses this coding:

<ul><li><a class="link"
href="http://XXXXXXX.XXX/cgi-bin/links/jump.cgi?ID=148" target="newwin">XXX
XXX XXXX</a>

it is Google reading this link... other words it is count as back link -
passing its (some) PR to my site?

The link is there for 4-5 months and does not show as a back link when
Google "link:www.mysite.com"

Thanks

Admin

nope - it's (obviously) a link to XXX etc.

Google doesn't tend to spider links with an ID parameter in them, but
there have been occasions when they will.
