I just started a Website on Science and Technology and I am looking for a
free Utility
that automatically submit it to the Search Engines.

You need to get a link to it from a site that gets regularly spidered.
You don't submit to engines. Directories, yes, but not engines.

your site banned, so don't use them.

In some cases doing a submission to 1000's of directory sites will
only harm your position good search engine systems like Google.

The reason for this is that google puts a lot of emphasis on how many
relevent sites yours is linked from. As its very easy to get yourself
on some of these directories, google understands this and will give
your site a lower rank if you appear on a lot of these free
directories etc.

really, the best way is to get yourself submitted by doing it by hand
to the top 5 or so search engines and then promoting your site through
usenet, relevent forums and by talking to other site owners to get a
recriprical link.

Unfortunatly, getting your site highly ranked is not a simple quick
fix task of submitting using one of thesedire pieces of software, its
simply a lot of hard work and clever promotion and networking.
