Assistance req for Dmoz

I have been trying for ages to have 2 website added to Dmoz, I dont
know i why i am not able to submit any sites.

Is there anyone out there which help the 2 sites are:

http://www.24hr-lingerie.co.uk/

If there are any editors out there who could submit them for me to the
appropriate directory.
