Default ASP vs SEO - 10-10-2006 , 05:35 AM

How can I optimize web pages to have a SE "readable" address like:
www.hotel.com/us/how-to-find-us

if the address looks like this: /Home.aspx?PageID=1&gohome=true

What can I do about this?

BT

This is frequently asked frequently asked question.
If you're working with an apache webserver,
you (or your developer) have to learn how to manipulate
mod_rewrite.

There are lots of mod_rewrite manuals on the web.

if youve a fast server and access to custom 404 error pages then you
can create a 404 page to dissect the url and drag up the correct pages
with querystrings hidden!

if its on apache then you can use .htaccess to again dissect the url
