I think a lot of Brad's stuff is very good indeed. He writes well and

BB, dont be like that - everyones advice is great, and ive used it on
non sales websites because i find it hard to translate 'good content'
to ecommerce sites where the focus is on showing product not writing
loads of descriptive text (and we typically get the product names etc
given to us and told not to change them). the sites ive designed aimed
at selling services work well and most of the new ones conform to the
cencus of opinion here.

im learning through trial and error - unfortunateley the risks are high
as are the penalties
