I am looking for someone that is proficient in DeamWeaver, Adobe Illustrator
and of course SEO.

I have a website done in MS front page and need it tuned up and put into
dream weaver format and also some graphics that need to be rastorized.

I don't take work from these forums - but, I will tell you that you
need Photoshop expertise rather than Illustrator (unless you intend to
EDIT the vector images / Illustrator files before rasterization).

I've redesigned FP sites before. That task can be a nightmare
depending on amount of pages and the skill level of the original
programmer. To reduce costs and headaches, I recommend a new layout
and moving the content (rather than correcting it) - especially if
there are many pages.

If quality of work is a priority, you should consider bidding the
project out somewhere else where individual consultants and
freelancers PAY for leads.
