Thanks Sam as it does seem the clients still rocking MSN are addign
content regularly or run our news product. (unique written by pro in
house journalists, links built to them, current high trend words/phrases
woven into the pieces, )

The one dropping seem to sites I should have picked up as not updating
much etc.

Cheers, emails and calls to do first thing

Jay

What I can tell you James about msn search is that creating thousands
upon thousands of internal pages to manipulate link popularity of your
web site will not do much in msn search and will only give you a minor
boost at best. With yahoo you will get a stronger effect from doing that
but no where as strong as the boost you will get from google for doing
that. Google's algo is based soley on buying zillions of domains and
creating thousands upon thousands of internal pages at all of them and
using creative linking between all the domains and internals pages using
wordpress blog type pages. That's google's idea of a popular web site,
one where the web site owner creates his own fake link popularity by
voting for his site a billion times through interal page creation with
those thousands of internal pages linking back to the home page and
other target pages and tons of other domains the same owner has that
link back and forth to each other within those internal pages weaving a
very complex hard to follow trail but one that google's spider eats up
like candy. Google has become an irrelevent search engine except for
seo's like yourself who have goods and products to sell and their search
listings are jam packed with such web sites and google is joke and they
are on their way out just as dmoz went bye bye a few years ago much for
the same reason of editors there manipulating them for their own selfish
purposes. I have no doubt that Matt Cutts is one of the people working
for google not for his salary but for having a top place for all his
commercial sites and I'll bet he has tons of them listed high up at
google. Google used to be an open search engine and now they are a
closed one for the elite few.

MSN Search on the other hand has become an open search engine that the
little guy can have a shot at which is what makes them great and in my
opinion they have become now the number one best search engine of the
web! I think the general population will also soon discover that as
well.
