With IP - no problem, but with www.google.com - no way.

But perhaps it is a problem only here.

There were rumours about downtime this last weekend. Google denied, but
resistance to their claim was strong enough to make the front page of Digg.
Maybe it's a DNS issue with your ISP. My site suffered from such an issue on
Saturday; no idea as to why.
