Any thoughts on this site and why it ranks so well?

This site;
http://www.top10top10.com/

Has no IBL, no META tags and not all that much content...yet it ranks on the
second page for "Google Optimization" out of 794,000 results.

Any thoughts on what this site is doing?

if you look at the pages that list you will notice that they are not
the home page. they also have no cached version available and
immediatly lead to the home page. conclusion = cloaking!!!!

if you look at his case study site he is using white text on white
background in his case study dui site. basically there are good ebooks
out there, I just do not think his is one of them

if you search

you still will not be able to catch the cloaking, which means it is
most likely a server side redirect
