Any software that will work with google to block certain sites?

I'm trying to find a way to block sites so they do not show up on my
goggle searches. I only want these sites blocked, nothing else. I
don't want to use "filtering" on Google because it does not solve my
problem in any way, shape or form.

Here's an example of the problem I'm trying to solve:

Search using these keywords: rental home boulder colorado

Results: Hits from every Tom, Dick and Harry who has these keywords
in their web page.

I want to place the bad sites in my block list and never see them show
up again. I don't care to do business with companies who play these
keyword games. I know Google allows you -- per search -- to ignore
sites, but I want these sites ignored forever. It may be 10 million
sites blocked by the time I am finished ;-(

Is there any software that can do this, or is it just hopeless?

A.) Find another search engine

or

B.) Find the "spammy" element on each one of those sites and report them in
to Google
B1) Wait one month
B2.) Repeat B
B3.) Wait one month
B4.) Repeat B

There aren't really enough hours in the day to do this.

A.) Find another search engine

This isn't really an option either so you're left with just putting up with
it and waiting until something better comes along
