Yes, so having a hyphenated domain name with your keywords as the
domain name helps if a lot of your links are created the above way.

Thus, if a website is linked only with keywords and not at all with
the domain name, this could be easily detected by google and
considered unnatural.

have weedled out all the bogus ones you can d/l a excell spread sheet.

I do all the Dr on that then leave it.
