Added a new domain name with a simple question?

I bought a new domain name that rediects to my ISP site. My ISP site
is listed on MSN, Google and Yahoo. Will the SE's recognize the new
domain name? Do I need to resubmit or just do nothing? In other words,
I want to know if the new name will show up or will the ISP URL just
maintain it's ranking. Thank you.

If there are no links to it and you haven't submitted it to the search
engines, they won't find it.

If you mean you've got rid of the old domain name and are re-directing
everyone across to your new domain name, if you do this via a 301
permanent redirect it will transfer across your Page Rank, and the SEs
will find your new name when they try and re-spider the old one.
