AddBlast - Anyone care to comment

When attempting to suggest my URL to a directory that is specifically geared
towards our market I was sent to this link
http://www.addblast.com

If I used it I would not use it for SE submissions but rather to gain access to
directories that are geared towards our market.

Has anyone heard of addblast or have any comments? To me it doestn' look like a
link farm type of operation but I'm always skeptical.
