accurate free keyword density tools

I have used ranks.nl and jims free tools and receive conflicting keyword
density reports as well as number of total words. the text on the site
count is 305 and the keyword phrase is commerical copywriter. one shows kw
6.61% and the other shows 20%. Any more accurate tools available?
