Thank you to all contributors.

My "two" sites have the same content.

So, if I understand correctly, I should put a 301 redirect on one site (and
delete its content) to the site with the other domain name. This way I
will not be penalized by search engines.

i would think that as long as you set your robots.txt to disallow, then
you may well be able to get away with it in that aspect. but as many
have said, if you intend on it being indexed, then you can very well be
penalized for duplicate content. i could be wrong on the robots.txt,
but seems to me thats as good an idea as any.

i dont even know why you would have any content at all, you could just
park and point the domain, however, i would go ahead and host it and do
a redirect, and as stated above set the robots.txt to disallow.

Better idea is to not have it.
