Files with the same names get replaced and new files get added, but
old, no longer used files don't get removed.

Also Mailman's crontab does not get updated. You need to install a new
one based on cron/crontab.in.

Can I just copy cron/crontab.in from the dist? Also, I start
mailmanctl and it starts:
