xp update

I did the service pack 2 update with xp and I experienced a problem. It has a
pop-blocker which I normally wouldn't mind but everytime I preview a page in
Explorer from dreamweaver it blocks it and I have to click on the bar and
select a choice to allow it to be viewed. There doesn't seem to be any way to
disable it. Has anyone else experienced this? It's a real pain. Any
suggestions?
