Wrapper DIV help with banner

Hello:
I'm relatively new to web design and I have enjoyed Adrian Senior's tutorials
on CSS. I would like to use a wrapper division with a banner that incorporates
a animated GIF. In the tutorial, a static image banner was constructed in
Fireworks. I am uncertain how I would incorporate an animated GIF logo without
absolute positioning.

In just the same way as with the static banner image - you don't need to do
anything different.
