Would somebody give me advice?

Hi there!

I'm a novice to html and would love you to give me some advice on my (new)
website.
I'm using there iframes but the result doesn't convince me.
I used some java script before but wasn't successful in safari and Netscape
so i changed it to iframes.
Would you please advice? (www.brachetta.com)
