WMA File download

Does anyone know of a asp script or program that will allow users on my site
to click on a WMA voice only file to download it.

I don't want to use the right click save as function to download it. I am on
a Windows 2000 server.

I would like the users to be able to click on the file/logo.gif to start the
download.

It would also be helpful if I could keep track of the number of downloads.
