Windows Millenium - Not Compatible??

I have trouble with my main computer, and the only operating system that
works is Millenium...and even with that my computer's programmers constantly
crash.

Does anyone know if it's possible to use dreamweaver or fireworks with
Winme?

I have Windows ME. I use Dreamweaver MX, Flash MX and Fireworks - and they
work fine.
