Window Background Color

I am using Dreamweaver 4 on windows 98. The Dreamweaver document window
background changed colors one day and I cannot find the settings to reset it.
It makes it very difficult or impossible to work in Dreamweaver with the color
it is set at now.

I cannot find the settings to change it to a color that is usable. I am not
referring to the webpage document background color. I am referring to the
Dreamweaver document window background color. That's the background color in
Dreamweaver when no document is loaded yet. Does anyone know how in the world
to set this color background?

Isn't that a Windows function and not a MM function.
If so its somewhere under the desktop settings
