why the slight border..?

when viewed in IE the page looks great! but in Netscape if u look closely where
the top links are and the image is to loaad, u can see a slight "border". mayeb
uits how I sliced it, but it looks perfect in IE. any ideas?

I think i fixex it..i dont see the slight border..i think it was as a result of
my splicing. kinda hard when u are using a vertical-line background. thanks!
