why are my rollovers messing up the tables?

I have spent days trying to figure out why the heck are these rollovers not
working. When I insert my second link's rollover images, it messes up the
tables. it creates these spaces. I have sliced and resliced from illustrator.
But no matter how many times I go back and reslice, it still causes the same
problem. I have sliced from guides in illustrator to insure that there is no
problems with the sliceiing. All the slices have the same width. I don't
understand
