Dreamweaver (DW) seems to create a directory called CRXDQWHFA every now and
then in the webroot of sites that I work on. If you search using
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=CRXDQWHFA&btnG=Google+Search with the
string 'CRXDQWHFA' you get several results and almost all of them are
directories on webservers out there that have this same directory...with
nothing in it. This is what I think happens: If you use DW to create files or
directories it creates this folder. Now as for the reason I am not real sure
other than maybe, based on some other posts related to RPC errors about
directories that use dots (e.g. root.100), some how the directories with dots
in them may cause this problem. If anybody has any ideas as to how to prevent
this irritating problem please promptly post ...this would make lotsa people
happy I think. |
