why can't I post to the newsgroup?

I am new to these
newsgroups, and have no idea what is wrong, here is the error message I get
when tring to post:

Outlook Express could not post your message. Subject 'dw fireworks pop up
menu probs', Account: 'forums.macromedia.com', Server:
'forums.macromedia.com', Protocol: NNTP, Server Response: '441 From: address
not in Internet syntax', Port: 119, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 441,

I think that this is a server thing. The e-mail address you enter has to
be in the form something (AT) something (DOT) invalid It doesn't care if it's a valid
address, you can munge as much as you want, but it has to have something
near to that form.
