White Space around pop-up window

Hi All

I have created a bunch of thumbnail images that when clicked on would open
up a new window. I have sized the window pop-up to be the exact size of the
intended image but I get a bunch of white space across the top and down the
left side so that the image appears out of center in the window, any ideas
what I can do to correct this problem?

I have put some sample code below:

In addition, I don't know if it's because of my browse settings but the new
window seems to load part-way off the page. I have to drag it into view!!!
