Default white lines on side of images - 11-08-2005 , 09:13 AM

Images placed in a table have a white line on the left side when viewed with Mozilla 1.6
and IE 5.5 on a Mac OSX 10.3.

White lines also appear on rollovers images.

See http://daveplank.com/harydzak/brochures-1.htm

Anyone who relplies with help will get my eternal gratitude.

Sorry, I don't see any white lines viewing win xppro IE6 and Firefox.
You may want to declare a background color for your page though.

I'm not seeing anything like that in IE5.2.3 (no such browser as IE5.5 on
Mac), Safari2.0.2, or FF1.0.7 on the Mac. But I'm not sure where to look
since you don't tell me....

Thanks for the reply. In my browser white lines appear to the left of the diamond. These
are rollover images with links. When I move my mouse from left to right white lines
appear on the left side and the same height of the diamonds. When I move my mouse from
right to left the white lines disappear except on the first diamond. The white lines
also appear randomly on other images in the table.

Thanks again for response. I have uploaded a file of what I am seeing at
http://daveplank.com/harydzak/Picture-11.jpg

Can't figure why this is only happening for me. I'm not that special.

I am going to try to add the color to the table cells to fix it, even if it's only for
my peace of mind.

Is you screen res high enough?

If its set to anything less than 16.7 million colours your jpgs will look
awful.

BTW, your page looks fine to me.
