where do I find templates?

I am new to DW CS3, so sorry to bother you with a beginner's question. One of
the reasons I bought DW is that so many people said that there were great
templates to be used and I thought that to be a good idea to start. However,
when I open a new page and go to templates, itis empty. So where do I find the
templates DW is said to offer? Thanks!
