What templates on what pages?

If I understand correctly,
all of the subnavs are listed in your template, and the correct one is
selected
based on the parm variable setting in the child page. If you can point me
to a
good reference, it would be much appreciated.

like it. It looks to be very versatile and simple to maintain.

It also appears that you mix both tables and css to format your template. Can
you comment on that? Do you have some guiding principles in that regard? I
have been trying to design my site entirely with css... maybe not a good idea
for a relative newbie!

I use whatever works best for my needs. At the time I was building that
site, I felt I needed tables because I wasn't quite confident of my CSS
capabilities yet.
