Yes, I would move it (all the main content) over some. The vignette of the
collaged image looks like it is pressing against (or very close to it) the
nav menu.

Just my opinion though...

Yep, the content area is too close to the menu, I would actually move the
menu flush to the left and leave content where it is.
Just an observation and you may not want to know :-) I think the
background image is a little too strong - seems to overpower the other
elements on the page, what about a bit more transparency to it? JMO of
course

Yep. I think there is too much space to the left of the menu. If you took
half of the space between the left edge of the window and the menu and added
that between the menu and the content, that might balance it out a bit.

Short answer - Yes.

If you want the opinion of someone who does not exactly have 20-20 vision, I
think Nadia has provided the correct solution but I would like to ask one
question.

Why do we put the menus on the left when the scrollbars are on the right?

Terry

PS B4 anyone tells me, I do know how to position the vertical scroll bar on
the left.

Thanks Sam. I think it looks better now. I moved the menu bar to the left
by 15px and left the content alone.

No, but I can now see that it would be taken as such LOL

I asked because I am affected by arthritis; some days worse than others.

Scenario.

It's a bad day. My left arm is practically useless. My right wrist and
fingers are really painful. I visit a few web sites and notice that the
main menu is on the opposite side of the window to the scroll bars. Every
time I scroll down a page I find I have to cross over to the other side of
the window to click on a link. "A trivial amount of movement" you say.
"Yes, for you maybe; not for me though".

Regards

Terry
